Pole Fitness

Use a pole to create beautiful spins, shapes and transitions while increasing strength and flexibility. In these pole classes we will be combining tricks with dance and you can express yourself however you please

Lollipop

A beautiful fusion of pole and aerial hoop, this versatile equipment is ideal for fluid movements and combinations,  and an excellent choice if you like to spin,   although spinning is not compulsory! Lollipop is suitable for alll levels unless otherwise specified

Flexibility Flow

Work through sequences of stretches to work on both passive and     active flexibility. Stretches can be adjusted for different flexibility levels, so you don't need to be flexible to get started

Pole Conditioning

Work towards your pole goals by getting strong on the pole. Tricks are not taught in this class, just circuit type training use the pole. This class will benefit anyone, not just polers and no pole experience is necessary. Options are given for each exercise so is open to all levels of fitness

Bodyweight Basics

A class to get strong using your own bodyweight, think pull ups, push ups and planks. We will sometimes use other equipment such as a yoga ball and resistance bands. Options are given for each exercise so you don't need to be strong to get started!
