My name is Kirsty and I am the founder of Glow! I am a passionate pole dancer and aerialist that likes to focus on building strong foundations and celebrating all success. I strongly believe in working at a pace that works for you and your body, and finding movement that feels good for you.
I started Glow because I wanted to be able to provide a quiet and calm environment for my students. A space where everyone can feel free to be their authentic selves, a friendly and welcoming space filled with kindness and respect.

About My Classes
There is no minimum fitness requirement to come and join classes at Glow. I pride myself on accommodating all levels of fitness, including those that may just be starting out on their fitness journey.
Classes at Glow are capped at a maximum 4 students per class. This is so all students get quality instructor time throughout the class, and so lesson plans can be adapted to your needs as we go along.
Most of the classes at Glow are designed for adults except for Pole fit fun classes. These classes are engaging classes for children with a mixture of games and structured learning.
